Return window & eligibility

Window:30 days from delivery.
Condition:Unopened for brand‑new items; used tech must be in the condition supplied with all accessories.
Exclusions:Hygiene items, consumables, and damage/misuse not covered.
Fees:Brand‑new items opened and returned as unwanted incur a 10% handling charge.

  1. Go to Your Account Page and log in.
  2. Select Orders and choose the order you wish to return.
  3. Click on Contact us — this will open a message form linked to your order.
  4. In the message box, explain the reason for return and describe the condition of the item.
  5. Submit the form — our team will review your request and email you with return instructions.

Start a Return

Shipping your return: Use a tracked courier and keep proof of postage. If the item is not faulty, return postage is paid by the customer.

Refunds

  • We’ll email you when we receive and inspect the item.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 working days; some banks can take up to 30 days.
