Our onboarding process is designed to be straightforward. Once your business details are reviewed and approved, you can begin adding products and preparing your store for launch.
The commission helps cover platform operations, marketing, customer support, payment handling and the tools needed to help vendors sell successfully.
Vendors can receive support with onboarding, listings, order queries, integrations and general account management.
Customer enquiries should be responded to within 12 hours. Orders should always be treated as a priority to maintain a strong customer experience.
Where required, Gadcet may act in line with the agreed seller terms to help complete sales, manage customer communication and support the order process.
Products sold through Gadcet include a 30-day return policy and a 12-month warranty, giving customers confidence when purchasing.
Seller payments can be arranged weekly, daily or monthly depending on the agreed setup. Vendors must keep payout details accurate and up to date.
Orders can be managed through your seller dashboard, where you can review new orders, update stock, manage fulfilment and track sales activity.
