Once your device has been received, inspected and approved, payment is processed by bank transfer or PayPal.

We inspect the device when it arrives. If its condition differs from the information supplied when your quote was created, the valuation may need to be reviewed.

Back up anything you want to keep, sign out of your personal accounts, turn off Find My or other activation locks where applicable, and package the device securely.
