What are your delivery options and prices this week?

Standard 1–2 working days: £1.99 for orders £19.99 or less; FREE for £19.99–£49.98. FREE Next Day on orders £49.99+. Express (£4.99) aims for Saturday delivery before 1 pm. Working days are Mon–Fri (excl. bank holidays).

What is the next-day cut-off?

Order by 4 pm Monday–Thursday for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 4 pm Friday are processed on Monday. For Saturday delivery, select Express (£4.99).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard becomes free from £19.99 up to £49.98. Next Day is free on orders of £49.99 and above.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We email tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can also view live status in your account’s order history.

What is your returns policy?

You can return items within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging (unless stated otherwise). Please check items on receipt and contact us promptly for any wrong, defective or transit-damaged items.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued within 3–5 working days to the original payment method. Some card providers may take up to 30 days to display the credit.

Yes. Most products are covered by a 12-month warranty. After the first 30 days from purchase, the 1-year warranty applies for eligible manufacturing faults. Accidental damage and consumable wear (e.g., batteries) are typically excluded unless stated.

How are product conditions graded?

All devices are fully tested and data-wiped. Grades: Pristine/Like New (very minimal signs of use), Very Good (light signs), Good (moderate signs), and Fair (noticeable wear). Used items may arrive without original retail packaging; any DLC or one-time codes are usually already redeemed.

Which payment methods and BNPL options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. BNPL options include Clearpay and Klarna. Pay-in-3/4 is typically interest-free when paid on time and usually doesn’t affect your credit score—see provider T&Cs.

How do I sell or trade in my device to Gadcet?

Can my trade-in quote change after inspection?

If the received condition differs from your online answers, we’ll email a revised offer. You can accept or reject (we’ll return it if you decline).
