Why Choose This Product?

The Canon PowerShot SX740 HS is particularly well suited to customers who want significantly more zoom capability than a smartphone without carrying a large interchangeable-lens camera.

Its 40× optical zoom is the standout feature, providing an equivalent range from 24mm wide angle to 960mm telephoto. This makes one compact camera suitable for landscapes, portraits, sightseeing, wildlife and distant subjects.

The addition of 4K video, optical stabilisation and 10fps continuous shooting also gives the SX740 HS useful versatility for both still photography and video.

For travellers and families who want a compact camera with a very broad zoom range, the SX740 HS remains a capable all-in-one option.
