Garmin Dive Case, Compatible with inReach Mini 3 and inReach Mini 3 Plus, Water resistant case, 10ATM, Original Garmin accessory

Overview

Take your Garmin inReach communicator into demanding marine environments with greater confidence using the Garmin Dive Case for inReach Mini 3 and inReach Mini 3 Plus.

Designed specifically for Garmin’s compact satellite communicators, this original Garmin accessory provides water resistance to 10 ATM / 100 metres, protecting your inReach device while diving, boating, kayaking or travelling in wet environments.

Once you return to the surface, your protected inReach Mini 3 or Mini 3 Plus can resume GPS tracking and satellite communication, helping you stay connected beyond normal mobile coverage.

Key Features & Benefits

• Take Your inReach Down to 100 Metres – The case protects compatible inReach Mini devices to 10 ATM / 100m, providing substantially greater water protection than the communicator’s standard IP67 rating.
• Protect Your Device During Diving – Purpose-built for underwater use, the housing helps shield your inReach communicator from water pressure during recreational diving and other marine activities.
• Designed Specifically for inReach Mini 3 Models – Garmin officially lists the case for both the inReach Mini 3 and inReach Mini 3 Plus, giving you a secure fit rather than relying on a generic waterproof pouch.
• Keep Emergency Communication Available When You Surface – Once above water, your inReach device can reconnect for supported satellite messaging, tracking and SOS functionality, helping provide an important communications backup in remote marine locations.
• Ideal for Boating and Marine Adventures – Garmin specifically promotes the Dive Case as a compatible marine accessory for the inReach Mini 3 Plus, making it useful beyond diving for sailing, paddling and remote-water expeditions.
• Secure the Device with the Integrated Tether – Garmin’s recommended setup uses the case tether attached to the nylon loop on the back of the inReach unit, helping reduce the risk of losing the device when entering or leaving the water.
• Maintain the Waterproof Seal with Serviceable Gaskets – The case uses sealing gaskets that can be inspected, cleaned and replaced when required, helping maintain reliable water protection over repeated use. Garmin also offers an official replacement gasket kit.
• Easy to Maintain After Saltwater Use – Garmin recommends rinsing the case and gaskets with fresh water after each dive, helping remove salt, sand and debris that could affect the seal over time.
• Original Garmin Accessory – Manufactured specifically for Garmin inReach hardware, the case is designed around the device’s dimensions, attachment points and intended outdoor use.
• Useful for Remote Expeditions – Pairing a protected inReach communicator with diving or boating equipment gives adventurers another way to maintain access to satellite communication once they return to the surface.

Why Choose This Product?

The Garmin Dive Case is a practical upgrade for inReach Mini 3 and Mini 3 Plus owners who spend time around or beneath the water.

While the inReach Mini 3 series itself carries an IP67 rating, that protection is intended for incidental water exposure rather than deep-water use. The dedicated Dive Case increases protection to 10 ATM, allowing the communicator to be safely carried to depths of up to 100 metres under Garmin’s stated rating.

That makes it particularly valuable for divers, sailors, kayakers and remote-water adventurers who rely on an inReach device as part of their safety and communication setup.

The important distinction is that the case protects the device underwater; satellite communication and GPS tracking still require the device to be above the surface. Once surfaced, you can regain access to supported inReach messaging, tracking and SOS services.
