Milwaukee M18 FCS66GR3-0 18V Fuel Guide Rail Compatible 190mm Circular Saw

Overview

Cut sheet material, timber and structural boards with speed and accuracy using the Milwaukee M18FCS66GR3-0 FUEL 190mm Cordless Circular Saw.

Built for professional carpenters, joiners and demanding trade users, this M18 FUEL™ saw combines 6,000rpm cutting performance, a substantial 68mm cutting depth and a magnesium shoe that is directly compatible with Milwaukee guide rails.

The result is a cordless saw that can move from fast rip cuts to clean, straight sheet-material work without forcing you to switch between separate tools.

Powered by Milwaukee’s POWERSTATE™ brushless motor, REDLINK PLUS™ electronics and M18™ battery platform, the M18FCS66GR3 is engineered for high-output jobsite use while remaining completely cordless.

Key Features & Benefits

• Cut Faster Without Losing Speed Under Load – The M18 FUEL™ power system is engineered to maintain up to 6,000rpm throughout demanding cuts, helping you move through timber and sheet materials quickly without the performance drop associated with less capable cordless saws.
• Cut Through Thicker Material in One Pass – The 190mm blade provides up to 68mm cutting depth at 90°, enough to cut through a stack of three 22mm OSB boards and many common structural timber applications.
• Make Straighter, More Accurate Cuts with Guide Rails – The magnesium base is directly compatible with Milwaukee guide rails, helping you achieve consistent straight cuts in panels, worktops and other sheet materials without relying purely on freehand control.
• Keep the Same Cut Line at Different Bevel Angles – The guide-rail-compatible shoe is designed to maintain a consistent cut line as the bevel angle changes, reducing setup time when moving between straight and angled cuts.
• Handle Bevel Cuts up to 50° – A 50-degree bevel capacity gives you the flexibility required for roofing, framing, joinery and angled timber work.
• Get Up to 53mm Cutting Depth at 45° – Even on angled cuts, the saw maintains useful depth for common construction and carpentry applications.
• Cut up to 64mm Deep While Using a Guide Rail – Guide-rail operation still provides a maximum cutting depth of around 64mm at 90°, allowing precise tracked cuts through substantial material.
• See Your Cut Line More Clearly – An integrated LED work light illuminates the immediate working area, making markings easier to follow in poorly lit interiors and jobsite conditions.
• Keep Sawdust Away from the Cut Line – The integrated dust blower directs debris away from your cutting path so markings remain easier to see as you work.
• Connect Directly to Milwaukee Dust Extractors – The included DEK26 vacuum adaptor connects directly to compatible Milwaukee dust extraction systems, helping keep the working area cleaner.
• Hang the Saw Securely Between Cuts – A durable metal rafter hook lets you hang the tool safely from suitable structures instead of repeatedly placing it on the floor or work surface.
• Built Around Milwaukee FUEL™ Technology – The POWERSTATE™ brushless motor, REDLINK PLUS™ electronic intelligence and REDLITHIUM™ battery platform are designed to deliver strong output, durability and runtime for professional applications.
• Use Your Existing Milwaukee M18 Batteries – The saw is compatible with all Milwaukee M18™ batteries, making it a straightforward addition for users already invested in the platform.
• Optimised for High-Output FORGE™ Batteries – Milwaukee specifically optimises this saw around its FORGE™ battery technology, allowing it to maintain demanding cutting performance for longer when paired with high-output packs.
• Achieve Serious Runtime with a 12Ah FORGE Battery – Milwaukee states the saw can achieve up to approximately 700 cuts through 90 × 45mm pine studs or 64 linear metres through 42mm pine panel using a compatible 12Ah FORGE battery under tested conditions.

Why Choose This Product?

The Milwaukee M18FCS66GR3-0 is built for tradespeople who want the productivity of a powerful circular saw combined with the precision normally associated with a track saw.

Its 190mm blade and 68mm cutting capacity make it suitable for substantial timber work, while direct guide-rail compatibility allows you to move straight into precise sheet-material cutting without attaching a separate adaptor.

That combination makes it especially valuable on professional jobs where one saw may need to handle framing timber in the morning and clean panel cuts later in the day.

For users already working on the Milwaukee M18 platform, the bare-tool format also means you can add the saw without paying again for batteries and chargers you already own.
