How to find which AirPods Pro you have
Connect them to your iPhone, then open Settings > [your AirPods]. The model and serial number are shown there. The model number is also printed inside the lid of the case.
How to get your AirPods Pro ready to sell
- Remove them from your Apple Account: on your iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the info button next to your AirPods and choose Forget This Device.
- Reset them: put both earbuds in the case, open the lid, then press and hold the button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds until the light flashes amber, then white.
We can't buy AirPods that are still linked to someone's Find My, so please remove them first.
