On your iPhone, open the Watch app, then General > About. The model, case size and capacity are shown there. The case size and material are also engraved on the back of the watch.

How to get your Apple Watch ready to sell

  1. Keep your iPhone and watch close together and open the Watch app.
  2. Tap All Watches, tap the info button next to your watch, then Unpair Apple Watch. This backs up the watch and removes Activation Lock.
  3. Selling a Garmin, Galaxy Watch or Fitbit? Remove it from its app (Garmin Connect, Galaxy Wearable or Fitbit) and then use the factory reset option in the watch's settings.
