How to get your Samsung phone ready to sell

  1. Back up with Samsung Cloud, Google or Smart Switch.
  2. Remove your Google and Samsung accounts under Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts. This turns off Factory Reset Protection.
  3. Reset the phone: Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset.
  4. Remove your SIM card and any memory card.
